Commercial Electrical and Mechanical Services

KBL undertake all Commercial Electrical and Mechanical Services, additions or complete rewires in your particular commercial environment. We can advise you how best to achieve your aims with the minimum disruption. If you require a design for your project we can undertake that in-house.

If you are unsure of the age or safety of your electrical wiring, we can carry out an Electrical Installation Condition Report which would give an in-depth report on the state of your wiring and list the necessary recommendations for your electrical installation. Similarly, we can offer Mechanical Services condition reports too.

We can achieve your desired lighting levels for different locations and are able to produce a lighting design for your specific project. Lighting designs can be carried out to meet the requirements of the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE).

We can advise you on emergency lighting, fire alarm installations and ventilation systems.

Once your project is complete, we are able to offer you planned maintenance contracts in order to assist you in meeting your statutory obligations and can carry out reactive maintenance as required.
